Do you have any information on the Martin Co. baseball bat?
In 1945, the Martin Co. produced an aerodynamic baseball bat. It was given to the company’s baseball teams as well as to some professional baseball players.
Do you know anyone who helped design the bat, produced it in the company wood shop or helped find the black ash in South Carolina?
Do you have any engineering drawings of the bat, photos of the bat, stories about it or perhaps even have a bat?
If you can help with this research project, please contact the Museum at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you in advance for any help.
