Something for everyone

Prominent speakers cover a wide range of aviation and space topics of broad interest.
The meetings, which begin at 7 p.m., are FREE and open to the public. You must present a photo ID. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

February 2: Educator, engineer and former astronaut Don Thomas recounts a Shuttle mission in his book Orbit of Discovery.
March 2: Author Amy Nathan explores the world of women pilots in World War II.
April 6: Vince Gisriel Jr. talks about the long-distance WWII romance of his parents detailed in his book Hearts Away, Bombs Away.
May 4: Rick Beyer reveals the secrets of the Ghost Army that fooled the Nazis.
June 1: Jon Guttman explores the evolution of the fighter plane in World War II.
July 6: Author and veteran astronaut Tom Jones discusses Flak Bait, the most famous B-26 of World War II, and his visit to Ohio to see the restoration of a Marauder.
August 3: Author Bob Dorr talks about his latest books on World War II.
